l Implementations
1. Issue the ZOOM command with options all to bring the drawing size area to view.
2. Draw the rectangle of size ......... using the command RECT
3. draw another rectangle of size ........ touching the previously drawn rectangle
4. draw cente line
commnads used: select line layer from library,load the line.
Issue the LINE command
(complete the steps required to make the drawing)

After completing the drawing draw the title box,at the lower rigt corner.

Remarks: Quick way of executing instead of using a unusual command.
